The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service and cleanliness. the breakfast had a lot of options and the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. the room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable, and smelled fresh. the gym and rooftop pool were a pleasant surprise, and the hotel's souvenirs store was convenient. the hotel's location was ideal for getting around the city, with easy access to several restaurants and cafes.

The limited space in the pool area could be a downside if you are looking for a large swimming pool.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always providing us with useful information about the city and recommending great places to visit. The hotel is very clean and has a nice interior garden, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was also very good and offered a great selection of food. Additionally, the hotel is located in a convenient location, close to transportation and many restaurants.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was a joyous occasion. the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious with freshly baked pastries and strong coffee. the central location was perfect for exploring the city's historic attractions and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. the rooftop pool, though small, had a stunning view of the city and was a great place to unwind.

The lack of an elevator made it difficult to get to the higher floors, especially with luggage. the room temperatures were quite high and we had to manually adjust the AC to get the desired temperature.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, probably the comfiest we had during our whole Central Asia trip! We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel had a small gym and pool which were perfect for a quick workout and swim. The location was convenient, with good restaurants within walking distance and easily accessible by cheap taxis. We also enjoyed the cool rooftop plunge pool after a long day of sightseeing.

The laundry service was overpriced compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip. , the breakfast could have been better, as the items that were supposed to be hot were cold.
